For my final year Design Studio Project I am Redesigning The Firkin Crane which is a listed building in the Shandon Historic Quarter of Cork City that was once used by the Cork Butter Exchange which was central to the growth of Cork as a trade city. I intend to resigned the building to be used as a co working space with a cafe, a tourist information center and an exhibition center as well as having the ability to hold functions at night.
